Terms of Service

Agreement

♦The artist reserves the right to post the commissioned work on social media.
♦The artist may include the artwork in their portfolio as an example of commissions.
♦Clients may share the artwork on social media with proper credit but are prohibited from using it for commercial purposes unless commissioned for such use.
♦If the client prefers the artwork not to be shared publicly, please notify the artist during the briefing process.
♦Claiming ownership of the artwork is strictly prohibited.
♦File dimensions will not exceed 5000 x 5000 pixels.
♦Commissions are accepted in cycles, but commercial projects can be booked anytime.

Work Process

♦Clients provide a brief via email or other social media platforms, specifying the type of artwork they want. The artist will finalize the price, and the client must pay a 50% deposit to confirm the commission slot.
♦The artist will begin the work and provide updates at each stage to confirm the accuracy of the project.
♦Clients are allowed up to three revisions. If more than three revisions are requested, additional charges may apply.
♦Once the artwork is complete, the client must pay the remaining balance. After full payment is received, the artist will deliver the final file via email or another agreed-upon method.
♦The standard turnaround time is 1–2 weeks, but it may take longer depending on the complexity of the work. In case of unforeseen circumstances, the artist will notify the client promptly.
